Aqua Aerobics
Ives Pool offers Aqua Aerobics daily. Please check our schedule page for times and instructors. We invite all levels of experience to join in the fun of our total body aqua workout. Ives supplies weighted buoys and float belts for use during the class (Temporary unavailable due to health orders). Our classes feature both shallow water and deep water exercises, but any class participant may take the entire class in the shallow end if they wish. Please check the prices!
